This is not a kit but a resin (3D-printed) set of nine willow carrying containers for the 88 mm rounds used by guns of the FlaK family and by the KwK 36 tank gun, in 1:35 scale. The containers protected the individual large rounds during transport and storage and are among the typical details of German artillery and tank equipment.
Ammunition in 88 mm caliber for the FlaK antiaircraft guns and for the KwK 36 tank gun was carried in protective containers, among them woven willow baskets. Arranged around a gun, in a store or on a vehicle they bring a diorama scene markedly to life.
Wash the mold release off the containers, cut off the casting blocks and level the surfaces. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The woven structure of the willow comes out nicely once a primer has been applied and a dry brush in warm brown tones has been used.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
