Eduard 1:35 German tool clamps (Second World War) is a photo-etched set of clamps and brackets for fastening tools to German armored vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:35 scale. It holds the clamps, brackets and holders with which the onboard tools and equipment were fastened to German vehicles of the Second World War. It is not a vehicle model but a universal accessory for faithful detailing of exterior equipment.
German armored and cargo vehicles carried standardized tools on the hull and the fenders, such as picks, shovels, crowbars and pipe wrenches, fastened with metal clamps and brackets. A faithful photo-etched rendering of these small parts markedly raises the realism of a model compared with coarse plastic castings.
The small photo-etched parts are separated from the fret, shaped with tweezers and glued in spots with super glue. The clamps are placed according to documentation for the particular vehicle. Once painted, they are brought out with weathering so that they look metallic and used.
This is a photo-etched accessory for refining a model, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
