A tiny detail part imitating the rotary switch used in racing cars to control systems on the instrument panel. The manufacturer lists it for 1:20 and 1:24 scale, that is, for models of Formula and sports cars. It is not a kit but an accessory for working an interior up.
Cut the part off with a fresh blade on a hard surface and work over a box, as tiny parts are easily lost. Before gluing, wash the surface in lukewarm water with dish soap. It is glued with super glue dosed with a pin. Painting is easier while it is still on the casting block: the body of the switch black and the control knob in a metallic shade, with a small colored dot as a position mark if you like. In an interior it shows best against a contrasting ground.
