A multiple rack changes the look of a model at once and more than most other accessories. An empty underwing area makes the machine look as if it were on a ferry flight, a loaded one as if it were ready for action, and on Israeli types of this period it was typical operational equipment. Resin castings also carry sharper detail than injection-molded plastic, because the mold does not have to deal with ejector pins and parting lines in the same way as in injection molding; the bomb body therefore has legible bands, suspension lugs and tail fins.
First wash the resin parts in warm soapy water, because there is usually mold release residue on the surface and paint would not hold on it. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine saw or a cutting disc, and never snap them off. Sand only wet and with respiratory protection, because resin dust must not be inhaled. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue, so test the joint dry first, since cyanoacrylate allows no correction of the position. Spray the bombs separately, stuck on a skewer, and attach them to the model at the very end, after the decals and the weathering.
This is a resin accessory for more experienced modelers. The model, paints, glue and decals are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
