The F-15 Eagle is an American twin-engined air superiority fighter that entered service in the mid-1970s and remains to this day among the most successful types of its category. The single-seat F-15C version is armed with a cannon and air-to-air guided missiles and excels in high thrust, long range and a powerful radar. A number of machines are operated by the Air National Guard, which sees to the defense of US airspace. The Eagle still holds an exceptional combat record.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the parting seams on the fuselage and on the fronts of the engine nacelles carefully. A modern jet benefits from a smooth finish applied with an airbrush over a primer: the typical gray F-15 camouflage schemes come out well with gentle grading of the shades and subsequent highlighting of the panel lines. Paint the nozzle petals (the turkey feathers) and the external stores separately. Seat the decals on a gloss coat and unify the whole with a semi-matte varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
