This resin set holds precisely cast exhausts for models of the Brewster F2A-2 Buffalo fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane model but a detail accessory that replaces the exhaust pipes of a kit and brings finer shapes and suggested hollow outlets. The set matches the arrangement of the F2A-2 version, which differed from the early F2A-1.
The Brewster F2A Buffalo was an American single-engine carrier-based fighter from the beginning of the Second World War, with a short, stocky fuselage and a radial engine. The F2A-2 version received a more powerful engine and, compared with the early F2A-1, reworked exhaust pipes - the outlets were relocated and the cowling was given further venting. This set matches precisely that later form.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The exhausts come alive once they are painted in dark metal and rust shades. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
This is an accessory for a model, not a stand-alone kit. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
