This set in 1:35 scale from the Chinese maker Voyager Model is not a model in its own right but a photo-etched detail accessory. It replaces the solid plastic covers and grilles over the engine and cooling compartment of the modern Russian T-14 Armata tank with fine pierced photo-etched parts. The result is realistic ventilating grilles, which on a plastic model tend to be only suggested.
The T-14 Armata is a modern Russian main battle tank built on a new universal tracked platform, with an unmanned turret and a number of characteristic grilles and covers. Fine photo-etched grilles will raise the realism of the rear end considerably.
Bend the photo-etched grilles precisely over an edge, glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and paint them only once they are in place. Suitable for modelers with experience of photo-etched parts.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
