Injection-molded plastic kit of the single-engine General Dynamics F-16C Fighting Falcon fighter in 1:48 scale from Kinetic. The edition captures a machine of the US Air Force demonstration team from the 2024 season in a striking red, white and blue special livery. In the box you will find plastic sprues, clear glazing parts and decals for these prominent markings.
The F-16 is one of the most widely used jet fighters of the Western world. The F-16C version is a single-seat multirole fighter with a characteristic bubble canopy that gives an excellent view. The US Air Force demonstration team uses it at air shows to show the agility and the performance of the machine; the special finish of the 2024 season marked an anniversary of the type.
Finish and paint the detailed cockpit before you close the fuselage, because once it is glued there is no access to it. Mask the bubble canopy so that the frame stays sharp. Spray the colorful livery with an airbrush over a light base and put a gloss coat under the decals, so that the large markings settle smoothly. Fit the drop tanks and the racks only at the end of the build.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
