This detailed 3D-printed resin set contains the early 600 gallon auxiliary fuel tank in the nestable version together with its pylon, made for models of the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II fighter in 1:48 scale. The package contains one tank. It is an accessory, not an aircraft model.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was a two-seat supersonic multirole fighter and one of the most widely used Western combat aircraft of the Cold War. For long-range missions it carried large external tanks; the early type came in two structural variants.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Check that the pylon seats properly. The smooth surface of the tank comes into its own once primer and a gloss coat have been applied.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model are not included in the package.
