SUU-23 20mm gun pod (closed gun bay) is a 3D-printed resin gun pod from Reskit in 1:48 scale for models of British Phantoms.

A 3D-printed resin SUU-23 cannon pod in 1:48 scale in the closed gun bay variant, intended for models of British Phantoms (RAF and RN). It is not an aircraft kit but an underwing accessory with a faithful body shape, panel relief and muzzle.
The SUU-23 pod carried a 20 mm rotary cannon and was hung under the fuselage or the wing as supplementary gun armament. British Phantoms in service with the RAF and the Royal Navy used it to add firepower. The closed-bay version shows the pod with the cover panel retracted into place.
Wash the print resin residue off the part, cut it away from the print support block and clean it up. It is glued with cyanoacrylate. Choose the color to match the underside of the airframe, and pick out the muzzle and the surfaces around it with dark shades and pigments.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
