An add-on set, not a kit of an aircraft. It contains four 3D-printed resin R-27ET guided missiles (NATO reporting name AA-10 Alamo-D) in 1:72 scale from Reskit. Faithful shapes replace the simplified parts out of the box.
The R-27ET is a Soviet, and later Russian, air-to-air guided missile of medium to longer range with infrared (heat-seeking) guidance. It forms part of the armament of fighters such as the MiG-29 and the Su-27.
Wash the parts free of print resin residue and separate them from the print supports. Glue them with cyanoacrylate and do the sanding with your airways protected. Lay down a base coat before painting; the body of the missile tends to be in light shades.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
