Vallejo Burnt Umber 17 ml

Burnt Umber is a rich dark brown with an earthy, slightly reddish undertone. It belongs to a range of thick opaque acrylics intended above all for brush application; once thinned with water or an acrylic thinner it can also be sprayed with an airbrush. The paint dries matte and is water-thinnable, so you work without the smell of solvents. It comes in a dropper bottle of 17 ml, which allows exact dosing and keeps the remainder from drying out.

Use

• The basic dark brown for wood, soil, leather and leather equipment.
• Shading and deepening brown areas, underpainting beneath lighter shades.
• Earth tones on figures, dioramas and vehicles.
• Mixing your own brown and earth shades.

Suitable for modelers, figure painters and diorama builders who want a dependable brown with good coverage. Thin the paint before airbrushing; the thick consistency is intended mainly for the brush.

Shake thoroughly before use. Thin only with water or an acrylic thinner, never with lacquer (cellulose) thinners. Work in a ventilated area and keep out of the reach of children.
