A set of scenic figures from the American manufacturer Woodland Scenics with the theme of work in a garden and the upkeep of a lawn. The figures are finished, assembled and painted, so you only place them into a scene. Gardeners are among the figures that make sense by family houses, by company grounds, in a park and along a line, and thanks to them a scene stops looking uninhabited.
Place them in a relationship with their surroundings, that is, by work in progress, by greenery or by equipment. The base can be sunk into a scatter and a lawn, or you sand it down and glue the figure with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue. So that a figure does not look stuck on, run a small amount of static grass or scatter around its foot. You unify the finished coloring with its surroundings with matte varnish and a light dusting of pigment. It is also worth thinking through the season of the scene: work on greenery makes sense in a model of summer or autumn, while in a winter scene a figure with a mower would look out of place.
For HO layout modelers and builders of dioramas who are building civilian scenes and want to get people into them quickly without painting figures themselves.
The figures are finished and painted; it is not a kit. They contain small parts and are therefore not suitable for small children.
