Light Earth Ground texture paste (100 ml)

This is an acrylic modeling paste for creating a realistic surface of light, dusty earth on dioramas, vignettes and bases. It is neither a paint nor a kit but a ready textural compound prepared for immediate use. The package contains 100 ml.

Use

  • Apply with a spatula, a flat brush or a scraper in thinner layers.
  • The light tone suits parched and dusty surfaces; it can be darkened with pigments or washes.
  • It is thinned, and the tools cleaned, with ordinary water.
  • Once dry the surface can be sanded over and the shade fine-tuned.

Who it is for

For diorama makers and modelers who create light terrain bases for equipment, figures and buildings. It suits everything from the large scales down to the small ones.

Let it dry for at least 24 hours. The product is odorless and non-toxic; keep out of the reach of children and do not swallow.

FAQ

No, it is a textural acrylic paste for creating a terrain surface. The shade is fine-tuned with pigments or washes once it is dry.

Both the paste and the tools can be thinned and cleaned with ordinary water as long as it has not dried.

Let it dry for at least 24 hours; thicker layers take longer.

It is usable across a wide range, roughly from 1:16 to 1:72.
