A modeling paint in a bottle with a volume of 30 ml from the railway range MS Train Paints of the Model Scene brand. The shade is mixed according to the original Czechoslovak standard, so you do not have to rely on guesswork or on mixing from several bottles. The manufacturer designates it for the sides and ends of diesel and electric locomotives and railcars of the CSD. Alongside the bottles themselves, the range also includes a thinner, a cleaner and clear coats in three degrees of sheen.
The binder is solvent-based and the contents come already adjusted to a density that an airbrush manages with no further work. It is not thinned with water. For narrow window frames and edges a pressure of around 0.7 bar is enough, while for the continuous surface of the side of a body you can go up to roughly double that. The covering power is high, so you will reach a rich tone even in thin coats.
Above all builders of layouts and models of motive power units who want their colors backed by a standard. It will also come into its own with modelers of ground equipment who find a dark red shifted toward purple with good covering power useful. If you are building several vehicles from one period, it pays to keep the whole finish within one system.
The product is flammable, irritates the skin and poses a risk of serious eye damage; the vapors may cause drowsiness. Spray in a well ventilated corner, with eye and hand protection.
