Ne, rovná Precision páska se v oblouku krčí a pod vlnkami podteče barva. Na křivky používejte samostatnou řadu Masking Tape For Curves od Hobby 2000 — ta je pružná a dá se do oblouku vytáhnout bez krčení.

Na tenké rámečky prosklení ano, právě tam se 1 mm nejčastěji používá. Pokud jsou rámečky robustnější nebo chcete pásku pohodlněji klást a méně slepovat, bude praktičtější 2 mm. Naopak na opravdu vlásečnicové linky sáhněte po 0,75 mm.

Modelářská páska má nízkou, řízenou lepivost právě proto, aby vyzrálou barvu ani primer nestrhla. Přesto nechte spodní vrstvu pořádně proschnout, pásku netlačte na plochu víc, než je nutné, a odlepujte ji pomalu pod ostrým úhlem.
