This set from the Polish maker Master holds 25 pieces of precisely turned brass cartridges of .30 caliber (7.62 mm) for the M1919 Browning machine gun in 1:16 scale. It is a detail accessory meant to bring figures, dioramas and models of vehicles to life, not a kit. The metal version gives the ammunition a realistic sheen and a tangible detail that injection-molded plastic does not offer.
The cartridges suit ammunition belts, ammunition boxes or being scattered loose around a firing position. Thanks to the turned brass they have a faithful shape of the case with the bullet and can be used straight in the metal shade, or lightly misted and weathered to blend them in with a diorama.
