A resin kit of the Soviet armored gunboat of project 186 in 1:350 scale from the Czech manufacturer ROP. The package holds resin parts and photo-etched parts and it builds as a waterline model. Intended for more advanced modelers.
The armored gunboats of project 186 (MBK) came about toward the end of the Second World War as a more capable version of the older gunboats. They carried two gun turrets with tank guns and were committed to support ground forces with fire in coastal and river waters. A number of them served after the war as well.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Fit the photo-etched railings and the small parts after the base painting; set the hull on a base or into the water surface of a diorama.
The model is supplied as an unassembled resin kit with photo-etched parts. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
