SPAD XIII is an injection-molded plastic kit of the French First World War fighter biplane in 1:144 scale from Valom.
Responsibility details are not available.
A small injection-molded plastic kit from the Czech manufacturer Valom captures the French SPAD S.XIII fighter biplane of the First World War period. The tiny 1:144 scale makes the model an ideal piece for a display case and for building a collection of Great War aircraft. The exact contents of the package and the number of markings offered are not stated here.
The SPAD S.XIII was one of the most successful Allied fighters of the closing stages of the First World War. It was marked by a sturdy design, good speed and heavy armament, and many of the aces of the day flew it. Besides the French air service it was used by other Allies as well.
Separate the tiny parts carefully and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. On a biplane, pay attention to seating the upper wing and the struts accurately; a primer and airbrush spraying will support the result. Rigging the bracing wires will give the model a realistic look in a display case.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
