The KAMAZ-63968 Typhoon is a modern Russian heavy armored car of the MRAP category, that is mine-resistant and ambush-protected, in a 6x6 layout. The design puts the emphasis on protecting the crew and the troops carried against mine blasts, improvised devices and small-arms fire. Vehicles of this class serve to carry infantry safely and as a universal platform for escort and reconnaissance tasks in present-day conflicts.
Paint and pick out the cab interior before you close it up. Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue; handle the soft tires with care. After spraying the base coat and the clear coat, pick out the details with a wash and add dust and mud patina with pigments, which on a wheeled vehicle come out best in the wheel arches and on the underside of the body.
