A set of cast resin wheels for a model of the American M1117 Guardian ASV armored security vehicle in 1:35 scale from DEF Model. The wheels carry a realistic weighted effect, that is the sag of the tire where it touches the road, of the kind the weight of an armored car produces. The hub mounting follows the Trumpeter kit.
The M1117 Guardian is a wheeled armored vehicle (Armored Security Vehicle) used for escort and patrol duty. Its armor makes it fairly heavy, so the weighted tire effect stands out well on a model.
Separate the castings from the casting blocks, clean them up and degrease them; use cyanoacrylate glue for the resin. Even the tires out with a matte black-gray color and add dusting with pigments to suit the setting.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and is meant for finishing the matching model.
