This is a precisely turned metal replacement barrel in 1:35 scale, not a model of a tank. It reproduces the 105 mm D1504 L/44 gun with its characteristic muzzle brake, the armament of the Israeli Sherman M51. The metal barrel replaces the plastic part from a kit and brings a perfect shape and crisp details.
The Israeli Sherman M51 was a deep modernization of the proven Sherman, armed with a powerful French 105 mm gun with a long barrel and a massive muzzle brake. It served in the Israeli army and took part in the fighting in the Middle East.
Glue the turned metal part with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the surface before painting and apply a primer suitable for metal for good adhesion. A metal barrel does not distort and it holds a perfect shape.
The set holds the replacement barrel only, and neither a whole model, nor glue, nor paints.
