A detailed 3D-printed resin set from the Ukrainian brand Reskit, holding Martin-Baker Mk.10B ejection seats for the British BAe Hawk T.1 trainer in 1:48 scale. The set replaces the seats from the plastic kit with faithful parts with fine detail of the harness, the handles and the structure. It is not a model of an aircraft but an upgrade detail accessory.
The simplified seats of the plastic kit are replaced by elaborate 3D-printed ejection seats with the texture of the seat harness and the firing handles, which are hard to render in injection-molded plastic. The cockpit thus gains a markedly more realistic look.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports, wash the print resin residue off and bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a base coat (primer) before painting and bring the details to life with a wash and a dry brush. The set is meant for more experienced modelers.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package. It is not a complete model of an aircraft but an accessory for another kit.
