The 3D-printed set 77propeller MiG-21 ladder with wheel chocks (1:48) - a diorama accessory for boarding the cockpit and securing the wheels on a model of the MiG-21 fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is NOT an airplane model but a diorama accessory for a plastic kit of the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 fighter in 1:48 scale. It contains a 3D-printed boarding ladder and chocks (wedges) for the wheels, which complete the scene of an aircraft standing on the apron. These are fine 3D-printed parts and working with them calls for a more experienced hand.
A ladder for the pilot to board by and chocks securing the wheels against movement are typical equipment of the apron at military airfields. They add scale and a story to a model, bring a display case or a diorama to life and give a scene with the MiG-21 the realistic context of ground operations.
Carefully separate the fine 3D-printed parts from the supports with a good modeling knife and small nippers so that you do not break them. Join them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and sand down any print marks with your airways protected. Painting can be done with a brush or an airbrush, and dry pastel and a wash will add the wear.
This is a diorama accessory, not an airplane model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
