The set contains three A/A37B-6 (MER-7) multiple ordnance racks in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian brand Reskit. This is not an aircraft model but a resin (3D printed) accessory intended for more experienced modelers; the racks make it possible to carry several bombs on a single pylon of a wide range of tactical aircraft.
The A/A37B-6, commonly known as the MER (Multiple Ejector Rack), is a multiple ejector rack widespread on American and allied aircraft from the 1960s on. It carried several bombs on one hardpoint and became a typical feature of the combat configurations of fighters and attack aircraft. An exceptionally wide range of types used it.
Wash the parts to remove print resin residue, cut off the print supports and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply primer and paints with an airbrush; the small details come out after panel line accenting and discreet weathering.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, bombs and the base model are not included in the package.
