A pair of Soviet FAB-500 M-62 bombs of the 500 kg weight class for completing the armament of aircraft models in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The FAB-500 is a Soviet high-explosive fragmentation aerial bomb of the 500 kg weight class. The M-62 pattern belongs to the post-war series of the 1960s and became one of the most widespread weapons of Eastern Bloc frontal aviation. Bombs of this class were hung on the underwing and fuselage stations of attack, fighter-bomber and bomber aircraft, and a number of operators still have them in service today.
According to the name, two bombs in 1:72 scale. The pair matches one symmetrical set of stations, so a single set completes a model with nothing further to obtain if one pair is enough for you. In 1:72 these are small parts that are easily lost, so prepare a mat with a light background, pick the parts up with tweezers and work over a flat board from which a small item can easily be retrieved.
This is an accessory for a kit. The kit itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
