1:72 Lifting hooks - Pz. III & IV

Firma49 1:72 lifting and towing eyes, Pz. III and IV

This is a resin set of small detail parts, not a tank kit. The set contains lifting and handling eyes of the kind fitted to the hulls and turrets of the German medium tanks Pz.Kpfw. III and Pz.Kpfw. IV. The molded plastic equivalents on kits tend to be coarse and shapeless, whereas these resin eyes are thin and sharply cast, so the model gains a faithful look in scale.

Use and fitting

• Separate the parts carefully from the sprue gates and clean them up lightly.
• Before gluing, wash off any mold release residue.
• Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) in the designated places on the hull and the turret.
• The set suits models of the Pz.Kpfw. III and Pz.Kpfw. IV tanks in 1:72 scale from various manufacturers.

Who the set is for

• Modelers who want to replace coarse plastic details with finer ones.
• Builders of German armored vehicles of the Second World War.
• More experienced modelers used to working with small resin parts.

The accessory is supplied unpainted and without glue. It is not a model in its own right but a detail set for completing an existing kit.
