1:35 Travel Essentials Set 6pcs

What the set is for

What moves a scene from a model to a tableau tends to be the small things at the feet of the figures. Equipment put aside hints at who passed this way and where they were headed, and it takes up barely a few millimeters of area. Props like that do not occur in kits of vehicles, though, so a builder of dioramas has to look for them separately.

What the set contains

The package contains six pieces of travel essentials in 1:35 scale, that is the small equipment a traveler or a crew on a longer journey has with them. The individual pieces are separate, so you can place them around a scene according to your own intention, or keep some of them for another diorama.

Building and painting tips

First wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and let them dry perfectly. With props of this size it pays to paint them mounted on a stick or on a piece of adhesive tape, as they are otherwise hard to handle. Choose colors that differ from one another and bring the small surfaces to life with a thin brush. Lay the placing on the scene out dry first and glue them only at the end, when the base is finished and painted.
