Figure Acrylics fills in the shades that are hardest to hit by hand mixing: the shadow tones of historical uniforms and the light variants of camouflage patterns. Each bottle names the uniform and the stage of painting it belongs to, so there is no guessing which colour darkens a fold or where the highlight should sit. They are intended to be used over a base tone rather than on their own.
Work in order: base coat first, shadow into the folds, then light on the raised cloth, every step in thin diluted layers blended into the one below. The full set of uniform base tones and their highlights sits in 3rd Generation Acrylic, and the maker's other ranges under AK Interactive model paints. Castings and busts to paint are in model figures.
