Voyager Model 1:35 Panther II, the project form – basic photo-etched set is a photo-etched add-on set for a plastic kit you already own, not a model. It supplements the build with brass parts at a scale thickness.

This is not a model but a set of photo-etched brass parts, which the modeler buys for a plastic kit already owned. The set from Voyager Model is in 1:35 scale and is cut exactly for the Amusing Hobby 35A012 kit. The scope of the set and the number of frets is not stated here; do not count on photo-etched parts covering the whole model.
The Panther II was a German development project of 1943 that was to follow on from the Panther medium tank with heavier armor and shared parts with the heavy tank then being prepared. Only a hull got as far as metal, and series production never came about. Kits of this type therefore proceed from the surviving design documentation and represent the form as it was designed on paper rather than a production machine.
With photo-etched parts the bending decides it. A flat sheet has to be broken precisely on the marked groove, and that is best done in a photo-etch bender with a long jaw; at a pinch two razor blades or a steel ruler pressed to the sheet on a glass plate will serve. Always bend in the direction on which the groove is etched, because against it the material cracks. Break large surfaces in one stroke, not in sections, otherwise a wave will form. Form round parts, such as collars and straps, around a drill bit or a round shank of the matching diameter. Glue brackets and small clamps on at the very end, when you no longer have to handle the part.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit, which it does not include. The glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
