Soviet Army 7K Green Yellow FS23578 is a shade from the Lifecolor acrylic line, listed in the Soviet army palette under the designation 7K. A light yellow-green surface is the ideal background against which the steel and sooty parts of a vehicle only begin to work.
The lighter khaki Soviet Army 4BG Light Khaki FS34257 from Lifecolor follows a simple rule: the color of dust is set by the terrain, not by the machine.
The light blue German Lichtblau RAL 5012 from Lifecolor is a shade on which every layer of dust shows at once, so it calls for a different hand than dark surfaces.
The second weathered tone of the olive line, Olive Drab weathered tipo 2 Matt from Lifecolor, serves to set apart surfaces that aged in a different setting from the rest of the machine.
The weathered variant of the olive: Olive Drab weathered tipo 1 Matt from Lifecolor is a matte tone for surfaces that already have sun, dust and rain behind them.
Olive Drab Matt FS34088 from Lifecolor is aimed at the underside of the hull and the area around the running gear. A matte olive tone that will take heavy soiling from the bottom up.
The American olive Lifecolor Olive Drab FS33070 carries the number of the American color standard in its designation, and on a model it is the surface on which damage reads best in the places the crew walked and on repair sprays.
The sand brown Lifecolor Giallo Sabbia Scuro Regio Esercito Matt is the darker variant of the Italian desert yellow, and in the subject of aging it stands for what settles on top of rusted surfaces: dust, baked sand and dry fading.
The green matte shade Lifecolor Verde Scuro Regio Esercito Matt is the dark Italian army green, on which fresh rust and flakes of lifting paint reach their strongest contrast.
The rust red matte shade Lifecolor Rosso Ruggine Regio Esercito Matt has rust in its very name, and on a model it is the main corrosion tone: the one that lies between a fresh orange cast and an old dark brown.
